Ok so after watching this beautiful video for about 20 times in a row. I knew this was something I wanted to showcase on this blog. The reason? Because to me, this is the essence of art. A beautiful woman modeling and Bjork music in the background is the equivalent to Mozart’s Requiem playing in the background to a painting by Picasso.

There are some groups who come together and make songs. Most times they will cater their songs to hopefully be consumed by the mass market. Some groups like Deftones make music from the most beautiful place in a human being. That’s the SOUL! I can listen to Sextape a Thousand times in a row and feel that same great feeling I had the first time I was blessed enough to hear this song.

This is what it’s all about. Great music and the video. Forgetaboutit!!! The video is next level artistry. Not because of some hi-tech generated graphic or anything. Women are known for being shoe freaks. But in a world of don’t ask don’t tell being eliminated in the military. A world of “Keep it real and be yourself”. Then there is nothing wrong with a guy being fond of shoes, is there? I’m no Metro-sexual whatever the fuck that is. I’m not a complicated guy.
